Is it possible to have implantation occur two days after sex?

I had unprotected sex last Wednesday then on Friday I had spotted blood after using the restroom.
It's not my period because it's due next week and was a little bit of blood then stopped.
What do you think it could be?

i believe no because it takes a day or so for the sperm to travel up there....
