do you think all repeated sex offenders should receive the death penalty?

i'm doing a controversial speech on this? i think they should because for the rest of my life i have to live with a very bad memory that makes me sick to my stomach. i think they all convicted sex offenders need to die.
what do you think and why?

I think they should be castrated and then be thrown in prison with some very large rapists!

Honestly though, I don't know if we should kill them. I believe there should be a death penalty, but I don't know if it should be for sex offenders. Thats just me though. Luckily I don't make the laws.
