Question by Beavis: Can you use artificial insemination to choose the sex of a child?

My wife wants to get pregnant with a girl, but the majority of my sperm are male. (I think 65%) I remember I once went to a sperm bank to make money donating sperm, and they told me most of my sperm are male. Anyway is it possible to use the same process as artificial insemination to choose the sex of the baby?

no. There are many ideas on how to make your baby a girl or boy, look into it, like when in her cycle she gets pregnantt, or how warm or cold you keep your sperm (boxers or briefs).... Ultimately it will always be out of your hands, and a happy healthy baby is all you should be hoping for.
